The Intervention Service
What a relief to learn that there is a way to end active addiction and alcoholism earlier rather than later. Our mission, was and still is, to bring active addiction to an end and begin active recovery right now.
The Intervention Service provides effective drug and alcohol interventions throughout the UK and Europe. Since our inception in June 2006, we are pleased to report that you can expect a 95% success rate with our range of professionally managed Family and Workplace Interventions. Our interventionists are experienced addictions counsellors, are in recovery themselves and are fully accountable for best clinical practice. Our lead interventionist, Bill Stevens helped pioneer, promote and sustain best clinical practice alongside professionals in the USA.
Vernon E. Johnson proved that effective interventions have the same success rates as any other method of admission. He pioneered an effective and proven method for saving lives and families by delivering a process he named “intervention”. The Intervention Service is one of the few UK organisations that have a solid track record in delivering professional intervention services.
We are keen to find ways to help more, more often and to a higher standard. With this we embrace all forms of proven Intervention methods, matching the best one to each family situation.
Our core psychotherapy practice is ACT. Acceptance Commitment Therapy, a proven scientific discipline that is flexible and purposeful. ACT Intervention Model brings all others models together with a clear and simple Family Intervention care plan.
